Today's modern factory finishes incorporate multiple layers of highly specialized paints. Using the most sophisticated paint and equipment we will achieve a factory quality paint job with a perfect color match every time. First, the original layers of paint are removed, dents are taken out and the vehicle body is prepared for refinishing. The repair area is cleaned, sanded and filled with body-repair material twice, to ensure a perfectly clean and smooth surface. Any bare sheet metal is covered with a two-component primer to protect against corrosion.Our expertise in automotive painting enables us to perform the finest finishes with the highest levels of quality and durability. READ ABOUT OUR NATIONWIDE WARRANTY HERE!Collision Specialists provides a limited, lifetime warranty on all repairs relating to the current loss. It will apply to all items originally estimated and described in the repair order - for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty shall cover defect under normal conditions. Damage caused by accidents, negligence, abuse, misuse, exposure to elements or paint chips caused by driving conditions shall not be covered under the scope of this warranty. Other exclusions include: sublet work as listed on the repair order, tires, batteries, mechanical parts, wiper blades, oils, and air conditioning; however, these items may be covered by the respected manufacture's warranties. Collision Specialists warrants its paint for the life of the vehicle against: cracking, checking, loss of gloss caused by hazing, chalking or fading, peeling and blistering caused by moisture, provided the refinishing is done over original undamaged factory finishes or over original equipment manufacturer replacement parts. Rust related conditions shall not be covered. Stone chips will not be covered. It is understood that all repairs will conform to generally accepted industry standards in use at the time your repairs are completed. Collision Specialists reserve the right to correct any problems found with the repair, before paying to correct any items found to be inferior in quality or workmanship. Collision Specialists will pay to correct any items found to be inferior in quality or workmanship at no cost to you, our valued costumer. Should any questions arise concerning this warranty, Collision Specialists, will need to be informed of the nature of the problem, so it can be corrected. In the event of a claim this warranty must be presented with a copy of the corresponding repair order. No warranty work will be performed prior to a review by our management team. Also, we assist you in handling the claims of other manufacture's products installed by Collision Specialists. We guarantee that the parts used were manufactured by the original manufacture unless you were otherwise notified, and so noted on your repair order.
